JOHN LAHEY 1929-2018


Journalist and author of several historical books, John Lahey researched and apparently collected folksongs, publishing them in several books from the 1960s to the late 1970s, including Australian Favourite Ballads(1965) and Great Australian Folksongs (several editions from 1965). His books are available in libraries.
