KENNETH W PORTER 1905-1981

American historian and poet was a Fulbright lecturer in American history at Melbourne University in 1954. While there, he studied the bush ballads and later wrote about the ‘missing’ bushranger ballad of Johnny troy, at that time only known in the United States.
