DOUGLAS STEWART 1913-1985
Poet, playwright, journalist and anthologist, Stewart, together with Nacy Keesing, compiled and edited several important collections of Australian traditional verse and song:
• Australian Bush Ballads (1955, with Nancy Keesing)
• Old Bush Songs and Rhymes of Colonial Times (1957, with Nancy Keesing)
• The Pacific Book of Bush Ballads (1967, with Nancy Keesing)
